libcache-memcached-fast-perl software package provides Perl client for memcached, in C language, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcache-memcached-fast-perl
libcache-memcached-fast-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcache-memcached-fast-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcache-memcached-fast-perl *
You will get with libcache-memcached-fast-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
